Some Experiences We’ve Had a Hand in Creating

Strategy

We worked with brands like Mrs. Meyers, Weight Watchers and Intuit to improve customer retention by taking a close look at the customer journey, specifically for exit and drop-off points, and how they could be corrected, both online and in-store.

From customer research to customer journey maps, we get to know your audience. We map them against a conversion funnel to pinpoint an optimized omnichannel experience of touch points to minimize drop-offs. A features roadmap sets the stage for next steps.

E-commerce

Estée Lauder sought to elevate their e-commerce experience to match the quality of their prestige brand through an e-commerce overhaul focusing on excellence in experience design, social integration, and virtual beauty advisors.

Results

+34% mobile traffic increase.

+1% conversion rate increase from prior site.

67% increased engagement with virtual beauty advisors.

We oversaw the full e-comm experience: customer research, persona creation, information architecture, experience design, wire framing, digital strategy and roadmap. We can do the same for you.

Landing Pages

QuickBooks is a big believer in user testing and live A/B testing. We created over 12 homepage and landing page designs to be tested in-market to increase conversion.

Results

4 versions created by different agencies were user tested. Ours performed best and was launched for A/B testing.

Live bookkeeping conversion was +4%,
but there was -2% decrease in package subscription, which indicated a need to iterate.

Design was iterated and tested again to bring conversion back up to par while keeping optimizations.

Test and learn is key: incremental progress is often how things improve.

Mobile First-
Responsive Sites

Montefiore Einstein Hospital System is undergoing an extensive digital redesign of all of their digital properties. The Montefiore Einstein Cancer Center was the first redesign out of the gate launched in Dec. 2022. This site alone has 180+ pages that required extensive content mapping and information architecture, as well as page-level module design. The design system created for the Cancer Center is now driving the design for 30+ other departments at the hospital.

D2C

Performance marketing drove the creative and brand development for Caldera, the SC Johnson home scents D2C brand. We took that approach and experience design for the scent curious was born. Modular UX allowed the maximalist design to breathe and pop.

Results

The new Caldera launched with a 3.14% conversion rate.


The data-driven brand expression drove an 83% lift in sales over two years.

Subscriptions & Webinars

From a minimal web presence, we created a dynamic and engaging Jill on Money website to more effectively showcase Jill’s podcasts, TV appearances, radio shows, blog posts and books.

From this core, in 2023, we expanded Jill’s digital ecosystem into a new subscription membership program, Jill on Money LIVE, and a webinar series to increase her audience reach and engagement.
